MrHarrison came and paved my 400' driveway in March It is on a steep hill, but he and his crew did an excellent job They arrived early and finished the job in days It looked great and solved a severe water run-off problem that I had In the fall of 2016, I asked him to come back to seal my driveway as he had promised Had some difficulty getting him back due to his busy schedule, but he did finally come back and did a great sealing job It looks like new I know there are plenty of did-reputable paving contractors out there, but Ben Harrison is not one of them

Review: Company rep Mr. [redacted] knocked on my door and stated he would pave my driveway at a discounted price of $2000 since he had his work crew and materials in the area. He also stated if I was not 100% satisfied with the product I would not have to pay. Since it was raining very hard that day and I am a disabled veteran who walks with a cane and crutches I was not able to inspect the driveway until the next day. Once I inspected and notice the discrepances in and around the driveway I called and left a message. When I did not receive a response I emailed the company on March 19. Mr. [redacted] called me and stated that he would come by and fix and repair my driveway. After a week with no response I again emailed the company on March 30. Mr. [redacted] again called me and said to be patient. That he would get to my driveway in a week or two. The whole month of April came and went still no one from the company or Mr. [redacted] contracted me to talk about the repairs of my driveway. On May 4, 34 days after my last email I emailed the company and asked for a full refund of my $2000. Mr. [redacted] stated to me prior to me agreeing to have my driveway paved that if I was not completely satisfied I would not have to pay. Well, I am not satisfied and would like a refund to get another company to fix and repair my driveway. As a disabled veteran who walks with a cane and crutches I need a driveway without gaps, pits and holes so I won't injure myself. The driveway is cumbing underneath my feet, cane and crutches. I have already tripped and fell twice when my cane got caught in one of the pits which now has developed into a hole. What more can I do? I believe that I have been very patient and I can't afford to injure my good leg.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I have tried for nearly two months to get Harrison-Paving to come and fix and repair my driveway with no positive response. I have been patient but I need a functional driveway and I can't keep waiting, hoping and praying that one day Harrison-Paving is going to stop by and fix my driveway.
