I had a dental appointment that I made months prior on 5/11/ The day prior to my appointment, I got a call from the dentist's office saying they had a computer "glitch" and that my appointment was no longer available - I would have to reschedule
I made my appointment months ago -- and they gave my appointment to someone else! I will not patronize a dentist who has such shoddy practices and treats his patients so rudely
They continued to harass me with calls at homed, on my cell phone and at work to "reschedule" my appointment I am not interested
Then today -- to add insult to injury, I got a bill for a "missed appointment" that THEY CANCELLED
This is totally unacceptable and blatantly insulting I want everyone to know how this dentist and his office treat their "patients"
