Our property manager and maintenance technician reviewed your refrigerator during their last visit to your apartmentIt was explained to you at that time that the refrigerator is functioning propertyHowever, it was noted that your freezer is overfilled, and as a result the air cannot flow properlyThis is what is causing the top shelf of your refrigerator to get too coldThe recommendation of the maintenance technician is that you remove some of the items in your freezer, and prevent overfilling in the futureThis will resolve the issue

Bennington Ridge has came to my apartment times and have yet to fix my air conditioningThis has been going on since June

I have contacted the Bennington Ridge Apartment office times regarding my bathtub and the 3rd time they told me they would not fix itWhen I moved into my apartment in May the bottom of the bathtub was black it was so filthyI told them it needed to be cleaned by Saturday as that was when all my items would be moved in and I would be permanently living in my apartmentThey said that no one was available to clean itI told them it needed to be cleaned by Saturday or they could take money off my rent for me to clean it myselfAfter that they assured me they would have someone come clean it by SaturdayI moved in and it looked like a brand new tubThat night my muscles were sore from moving and I took a bathTaking a closer look I realized they had painted it and I was literally laying in a bathtub full of paint chipstimes I have asked for a new tub and been ignoredThe last time maintenance came in I told them they would need to fix the tubThey left me a note saying the

Hello!I spoke to the property manager this week, and was informed that your tub has been resurfaced. Based on the manager's discussion with you, we believe this issue is resolved. Please let us know if that is not the case.
