I made an appointment for 3:to have my wood stove repaired When no one showed at 3:55, I called and there was no answer, so I left a message for them to please call me as to when they are coming and that I wished they had called (as courteous businesses usually do), to let me know they were running late I received an angry call from MrBennis himself saying he, and I quote "has been in business years without people like me" and hung up He made up some excuse as to why they were late in a completely rude and ignorant tone prior to that This guy is a horrible person and his people skills are even worse I was going to pay him my hard earned money for a job he doesn't even deserve As a customer, when someone is running late, a phone call is good business Ed Bennis could be DrJekyll or MrHyde, watch yourself I called back and he didn't even have the guts to answer Customers, be careful, that is if they even show up as customers mean nothing to this man and his company....,
