The car has been returned to the customer, the delay was an obsolete part, had to locate a used partOur service manager [redacted] has called and spoken with the customer before and at time of delivery everything is ok at this time

I am rejecting this response because: It is not true in its
entiretyTrue the car has been returnedTrue the repairs were completedHowever, my complaint lies in the amount of time that passed for said repairs and the lack of communication during said repairsI do not require compensation, I only wish that my complaint is public and searchable for other consumers who may face the same ill treatment from this business
