I am rejecting this response because:
I brought my clock in to be fixed, in good faithIn return I was asked repeatedly that I needed to give him more moneyCash onlyI obliged every timeI have receiptsHe had the clock for five monthsSaid it needed a certified jeweler to finish the jobIn checking the clock, I noticed one of the hands was missingAlso noticed a chip in the glass and the key was bentI called the repairman and told him I needed the missing hand and he said he would look for itThe to thousand dollar clock is now rendered useless. I was told by his relative he did not have a business license and he has many other complaints against himI will probably be contacting senior services for any further help as wellAlso, there was no senior discount, as advertised.
