enclosed descriptions (notes/letter, pass along info) that my staff had left me on my deskregarding this matter they definitely help describe/clarify the situation especially upon the initialCheck-inFor additional clarification our property started in and was added on, renovated, andadded on over the years to become a property of guest rooms, large pool, and large lobbyOurproperty is split up in different 'grades' of room types corresponding to different rates as well.From the customers statement it sounds that she is upset about a non-return phone callTo start with Idid return the calls! I called *** cell phone and left a message February 6th, and another call (nomessage) on February 12thThese calls were made from our office phone which will pick differentoutgoing trunk lines/numbers so *** may not have recognized the phone number being it would bedifferent from our primary phone numberThe guest also commented that they usually stay in adifferent part of the property (deluxe wing as we call it) which in turn is more expensive, higher qualityroom overallI suspect upon chethey may have asked for an inexpensive room understanding theway we train staff our clerk would have automatically quoted less expensive rooms and not offer thewing/rooms they claim to usually stay (we only show one other stay in the last years under thisname-2016)To give the guest a little ease of mind, we clean our Carrier HVAC/PTAC {heaters) once ayear, or more if needed, as directed by the Carrier cleaning instructions.Here at *** our hallmark is our customer service! We have been family owned for years, and westrive to take care of our customers! It is our goal to make each guests stay a pleasant one of course,and I am afraid this customer and ourselves have just missed the opportunity to better this situationIam very open to making this right with the guest either through a free night in an upgraded room in thefuture, or a refund of the room chargesUnfortunately there is some missed communication betweenthe guest and ourselves that should have took placeI hope this helps!At your service,Andy H***
