approximately year ago at that timeThe drainage system was backing upBenny advised Mr*** that there was no visible clean out accessMr*** told him there was one buried outside and he would uncover dirt and rocks covering access and would call us back, which he did months laterWhen Brian arrived on job site he advised Mr*** that drainage pipe was leaking into the crawl space and was backed up under pressure probably had been leaking for approximately I year agoBrian advised Mr*** that he would run cable backwards from clean out that Mr*** had uncovered from previous tripWhile running cable Mr*** told Brian cable was outside of pipeBrian crawled into crawl space and could not get to that area because there was standing water due to pipe had been leaking for some timeBenny talked to Mr*** on 09126/which at that time Benny crawled into the crawl space and couldn't get to the area do to standing waterIt was obvious that problem had been an issue for a long time or there would not have been that much water under houseBenny told Mr*** he would contact him to try to help him with the problemMr*** said he would be there to help iClie couldBenny was trying to help Mr*** correct the problem with drain pipeWe received a letter dated 09/27/from Revdex.com stating that Mr*** was stating we caused the problem and was not trying to correct problemIt was obvious when Brian and Benny looked into crawl space that problem already existed before we worked on itIf there was no problem then why were we called approximately year ago and called again later after he uncovered clean out accessI feel we are being blamed for problem we didn't causeSo I do not feel we can work with Mr*** to correct problem which I do not feel that we caused although I will contact Mr*** to explain our position on this matter.Benney R H***Bennys Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Supplies Inc
