response to the complaint from *** ***We serviced this member on several differentoccasionsOn 09-10-16, we were given the call by *** dispatch for battery service, However, this member had no call back number so we could advise member we were coming and verify address, and we were told by
*** that member was hearing impaired So we followed the directions on that call which to *** *** **, where we had a difficult time trying to make contact, when we finally did member wanted her battery replaced but at that time we were sold out on the battery for her car, in return we would order them and she said we could come MondayHowever, the way the batteries work is we place an order for batteries with Interstate Battery and then they deliver it to us, at our Hilo OfficeUnfortunately, we don't always get the batteries when we want them because sometimes they are also sold outShe also stated that Hansen lied to her, not sure how Hansen lied to her there mayhave been a miscommunication and for that we apologizeThe owner is a very busy person and he does have an incredible staff that try their best to pick up all calls as promptly as possibleWe do have an incredible high call volume and we are a growing company that uses this kind of information to better ourselves and our staff For our email, not sure why but maybe we can try and update the sites so it will make it easier to contact us, but our email is *** For the hard copy of the warranty we are mailing her out one, since member stated she did not get one.Sorry member was not totally satisfied by the service we provided but maybe if given another chance we could change her mindAt bennys, we pride ourselves in giving the best possible service out there
