Benny's Moving & Storage apologizes for the few days the truck was delayedAlthough we offer a 7-business day delivery window, with cross country moves it is possible for delays to unfortunately occurWe are really sorry and have offered the customer a $discount instead of having a claim filed, which the customer accepted, and unfortunately we are here with a claim sought out anywayIn addition to the $discount the customer has already accepted, we will offer an additional $off, for the inconvenience caused

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below First of all, it was never an offer to accept a $credit and not file a complaint I said from the start I was filing a complaint regardless of what you offered me Second, $off total (if I were to accept that offer) is still a joke Not only did you miss our delivery date by days, I helped the two movers move my own stuff in to my house because there were only guys and we ended at midnight and I have a month-old daughter Had I not helped, it would have taken till am This is a service I THOUGHT I HAD PAID FOR! The moving and unloading was built into the price Not only did I help move my stuff, they disregarded what room was written on the box and just dropped everything in the kitchen To pay over $7,and get a 4% discount offered ($300) for what I had to deal with (days late, move across the country with a 2-month old with no crib/baby furniture, and help move stuff into my house when that was paid for) is an insult I'd think the $would barely cover my labor for moving my own stuff into my house I would like the $1,I had originally asked for.On top of all that my grill was broken Regards, [redacted]

We responded to *** *** by mailing out a check in the amount of $back in April*** alerted us that she had not received the check, so again, on May 14th 2015, we mailed out another check to her in the same amount

I will file the claim for my grill today Again, the $offer is a slap in the face With everything I dealt with, I feel I am in order to get a bigger refund While it is not an obligation I unload, the driver asked if I'd be willing to help in order to speed up the process Given the fact I took a half day of work (items were supposed to arrive around noon) an they did not show up to pm, I did not feel like waiting until am to have everything unloaded (in different rooms than what was marked on the box) After the driver asked for my help and I assessed how long it was going to take them, I ended up helping.If you are unwilling to come up from the $total, that is fine The claim will go unresolved and we can all move on

Dear customer,Again, Benny's Moving & Storage apologizes for the 3-day delay on your cross country moveOur drivers work hard to safely travel to their destinations, and we apologize if the time they arrived did not suit youIt is not expected for a customer to help in the unloading, so any help given, although appreciated, is never required and or suggestedBenny's has completed the task of transporting your household goods, cross country, at a great price and can only offer the additional $as previously offered. In regards to the broken grill, a claim has not been submitted as instructed, therefore we are unable to properly address this concern.The terms of the Bill of Lading require submission of a claim within days of the move. As of today, we are unaware of any concerns or issues with the grill
