approximately 1 year ago at that time. The drainage system was backing up. Benny advised Mr. [redacted] that there was no visible clean out access. Mr. [redacted] told him there was one buried outside and he would uncover dirt and rocks covering access and would call us back, which he did 9 months later. When Brian arrived on job site he advised Mr. [redacted] that drainage pipe was leaking into the crawl space and was backed up under pressure probably had been leaking for approximately I year ago. Brian advised Mr. [redacted] that he would run cable backwards from clean out that Mr. [redacted] had uncovered from previous trip. While running cable Mr. [redacted] told Brian cable was outside of pipe. Brian crawled into crawl space and could not get to that area because there was standing water due to pipe had been leaking for some time. Benny talked to Mr. [redacted] on 09126/2017 which at that time Benny crawled into the crawl space and couldn't get to the area do to standing water. It was obvious that problem had been an issue for a long time or there would not have been that much water under house. Benny told Mr. [redacted] he would contact him to try to help him with the problem. Mr. [redacted] said he would be there to help iClie could. Benny was trying to help Mr. [redacted] correct the problem with drain pipe. We received a letter dated 09/27/2017 from Revdex.com stating that Mr. [redacted] was stating we caused the problem and was not trying to correct problem. It was obvious when Brian and Benny looked into crawl space that problem already existed before we worked on it. If there was no problem then why were we called approximately 1 year ago and called again later after he uncovered clean out access. I feel we are being blamed for problem we didn't cause.
