We revisited [redacted]s home on 2-9-2017 and found that the water heater that was installed was cracked and faulty. We have installed a new unit for him. Thank You.

6-7-2016  We have spoken with the homeowners and they agreed to have our technician review the system with no cooling. During our site visit, his diagnoses was the same as the independent contractor's that initially looked at there system. We have offered to make the required repairs to the...

system with the parts being provided under warranty by the manufacturer and Crown Heating & Cooling covering the refrigerant and labor cost. As of 6-8-2016 the homeowner has advised us that they will consider this, but have not authorized us to complete the work.

Energy Savings Agreement from our company. He also was correct in offering you the 50% discount on your repair service. This also is provided for in the agreement. Unfortunately his customer service efforts then fell short in laughing at your situation. The problem you experienced was not a design flaw, and certainly not a laughing matter.      We are willing to refund you the $60.00 service fee. We would also like to offer you an additional one year Energy savings agreement at no charge. This will hopefully give us the opportunity to show you that we are indeed a top service company. We have no problem providing a refund for the cost of the annual contract that they had previously purchased. We certainly don't want to attempt to provide service to a customer that doesn't trust or value our services. We are not able to provide them with a blanket replacement agreement for a new...

system if it fails in the future. We have no control over the workmanship of other contractors. The maintenance that they have done, or luck of, in the future. There current system has a five year part warranty which will insure them that they will not have to pay for parts should they have any mechanical failures for several years.Thank You
