Review: Purchased ** refrigerator from Ben's Appliance On Nov 12, 2015. $2680.56 paid in full. Damaged refrigerator delivered damaged 1/2/2015. We were promised a new door replacement. This has not happened. After several calls to Bens about the repairs and no response we finally demanded a new refrigerator. After several calls to Bens we get the same empty promises. Nothing has happened to date.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for. Therefore I want this refrigerator replaced and I want it now.

We had to get and wait on approval from an outside vendor ([redacted]) to get [redacted] a replacement refrigerator. It has finally been resolved and [redacted] our Sales Manager will be sending in a more detail report as to what happen that was not in our control. Review: Bought 5 appliances with a price including a $750.00 rebate with all serial numbers supplied by Bens Appliances to be turned into GE for the rebate but only $300.00 of the $750.00 was rebated due to the wrong serial numbers supplied by Bens. We are now out $450.00 due to Bens mistake and they are not willing to correct it after months of no returned calls and when we finally did get in touch with [redacted] at Ben's, we where again promised it would be taken care of but now the rebate offer is gone and we are out $450.00 dollars.Desired Settlement: Refund of $450.00 as promised when purchased we turned in all required GE rebate paperwork but lost out on the rebate due to Ben's appliance ability to supply the correct serial numbers.
