To whom it may concern at the Revdex.com, My name is *** [redacted] and I am the owner of Ben's Auto SalesI am writing to you in response to a complaint filed by [redacted] About seven months ago I sold him a Subaru [redacted] GT with 144,miles on itHe used a loan from a credit union to purchase the vehicleThere were a few issues with the car initially, so when he called we drove over an hour to where Mr [redacted] and the vehicle were with a new part and I brought my finest mechanic to install the new partThe car seemed to run better until a few days later Mr [redacted] called again stating the vehicle was acting up againWe offered Mr [redacted] a number of vehicles from our lot as a replacement for the one he purchasedEach time, he had to provide the information to his credit union and see if they would approve of the vehicle swap since he received a loan from themHowever, this took some time because they did not approve most of the vehicles we offeredFinally, I offered him a Subaru [redacted] with 105,miles on itThe bank did approve of this tradeMr [redacted] came to bring his vehicle back and left in the Subaru [redacted] , seemingly satisfied with the resolution I did not receive this complaint letter until the day he leftI was confused by it at first because we had been in communication the entire or so months and I worked with him to the best of my ability on any issues with his carHe left my business in a car he was happy with and a smile on his face and now the car he originally purchased is back here on my lotI hope this letter clears up any confusion regarding this complaint and I do feel strongly that Mr [redacted] is now satisfied with the outcome of his purchase If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call me at [redacted] Sincerely, *** [redacted] Ben's Auto Sales [redacted]

There were a few issues with the car initially, so when he called we drove over an hour to where Mr. [redacted] and the vehicle were with a new part and I brought my finest mechanic to install the new part. The car seemed to run better until a few days later Mr. [redacted] called again stating the vehicle was acting up again. We offered Mr. [redacted] a number of vehicles from our lot as a replacement for the one he purchased. Mr. [redacted] came to bring his vehicle back and left in the 2007 Subaru [redacted], seemingly satisfied with the resolution.     I did not receive this complaint letter until the day he left.
