M car was reposed and my payment was not late.On January 6, 2016 I purchased a 2007 Malibu from Ben's Automotive. I made my first payment on February 4, 2016. Then I made my March payment on April 1, 2016. On April 21, 2106 I received a past due notice. Then on April 23, 2016 the repo man showed up to repo my car. I rode back with the repo man to figure out what was going on. My payment wouldn't have been 30 days late until May 6, 2016. The owner [redacted] was extremely rude. My daughter contacted him. he stated that I owe for March, April & May which coming in.As well as 250 for repo & 150.00 for detailing which was never done when I Purchased the car. I have my receipts where I paid my payments the only month that I owe for was April an the month was still in.Desired SettlementI would like my money back due to the fact that I was unfairly treated an embarrassed. I would like no father contact from this company. I will move on from here. I would like to start over. I don't even want the car back because it was taking from me for no reason.
