In response to the complaint we no longer carry shoes. What few we do have left are being sold at a reduced clearance price of half off. There is no clearance sign but there are two prices...

I was not told they no longer carry shoes and yes there are two prices.... one being a sale price i'm assuming and the other regular price which is what I was charged . Once again as I stated before they were very unwilling to help me with either a return or a store credit. this resolution is unacceptable.

Review: Bought a pair of shoes. they were not the correct size for the person I bought them for . I tried to returned for either store credit or exchange with the receipt . The lady at the counter refuse to help in any way - stated the shoes were on clearance which was not the truth . I was charged full price for them - no sign was posted they were on clearance nor was it mentioned at the time of the sale and once again I was charged full price. I tried again to explain this and the lady was rude and refuse to help . I went back the very next day after the purchase and even then there was no sigh of cleance sale .Desired Settlement: I would like to get refunded . at this point I will never do business with them again . I have been shopping in this store for years and this was the first time I ever tired to return anything .
