Jack made the experience easy and I was able to understand clearly how the new system, install and process will work. Thank you again, also for coming all the way to Molalla at no additional cost.

I highly recommend Ben's Heating & Air Conditioning! It was time to replace my 25 year old furnace and ac. My usual guy was recovering from an ankle injury, so he referred me to Ben's. Jack came out and spent a few hours investigating the old system and crawled under the house to take a close look at the current duct work situation. He counted vents, considered the home's square footage, and asked questions regarding the performance with the old system (from the years that it was working well). I didn't realize picking the right system for my home would be so involved. Jack explained why the details were important. He was thorough, patient, and informative. He gave me a few furnace and ac options to choose from and gave prices for each, along with duct work repair and vent cleaning. The price was reasonable and comparable to others. The office crew set a date for installation and told me how long it would take and what to expect. Kyle and Jeff spent a day removing the old equipment and installing the new furnace and ac. The next morning they came out for half the day, to work under the house doing the needed repairs and improvements to the duct work. They then tackled the unpleasant job of cleaning the ducts and air intake. Both Kyle and Jeff were fabulous. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. I was impressed with their hard work and dedication to getting the job done right. They were patient and informative with any questions I had. The office staff is great too. Jen, Jeanine, and Mechelle are friendly, patient, informative, and thorough. The new system is in and working great! Thank-you so much!!!

Ben's Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and installed a new AC unit. They did a fantastic job, and everybody on the team was friendly and respectful.

We have been using Ben's since 2014, when we had an AC unit installed. All went well until the TXV valve in the AC unit failed. It was a defective part not Ben's problem but after changing the part twice and it failed twice with no help from the manufacturer, Clyde [owner] decided to replace the entire unit with no charge to us.
Since it has worked with no problems.
Continue to use Ben's for 2X/year service and they are always punctual, neat, and customer friendly.

We had Ben's Heating & Air Conditioning replace our furnace, air conditioner and all duct work. They did an outstanding job, and we couldn't recommend them enough. The staff was friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

We have been using Ben's service for past several years, always a good experience. Todays A/C install/replacement went very well. Mike & the 2 that assisted were polite and did the work in relatively short period of time. They kept the work areas neat/tidy and cleaned up when the job was completed. As before

Nick was good. Found a small gas leak, repaired it and gave the system an overview. He also gave me a few tips that will help improve our systems performance.

Right on time, explained everything he found and did to maintain our Bryant furnace/AC and reasonably priced. This is the first time we have had Zac do our maintenance. We have now had three different guys come for service (at two different homes) and we are very pleased with them all. They all remembered to put on booties without being asked too.

They came out and did a yearly service on our year old furnace that they sold and installed. The worker was knowledgeable and did a great job. We signed up to have the yearly service done each year. I would recommend Ben's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who wants quality products and service.
