Review: ON AUGUST [redacted] 2013 MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE RECEIVED A CALL FROM ME THAT I WAS IN NEED OF A LOCKSMITH FOR MY CAR THEY CALLED THE ABOVE FORE MENTIONED COMPANY AND THEY CAME OUT TO ASSISTANCE ME. tHEY NEEDED TO MAKE A KEY FOR MY CAR THEY TOLD ME THAT THE KEY THEY WOULD MAKE WOULD FIT THE DOOR, INGITION AND TRUCK FOR $150.00. AFTER MAKING THIS KEY AND WE WENT TO USE IT ON THE IGITION IT DID NOT WORK THEY THEN SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO DRILL A HOLE IN THE IGITION AND EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE AND THAT WOULD COST ANOTHER $150.00. I AGREED TO IT - PAID THE MONEY. ON 8-**-2013 MY SON WENT TO START THE CAR AND THE IGITION JUST KEEP ON SPINNING AND THE CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. WE PLACED A CALL TO DEN'S LOCK SMITH AND THEY SENT SOMEONE DOWN TO ASSIST US. THEY SAID THAT THE IGITION WAS "MESSED UP AND THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER DRILLED THE HOLE BECAUSE THEY DRILLED TO FAR INTO THE IGITION AND MESSED UP THE MECHANICS OF THE IGITION." THEY SAID THEY WOULD DISENGAGE THE WIRES ON THE CAR AND SHOWED MY SON HOW TO "HOT WIRE" THE CAR UNTIL THEY COULD GET THE PART AND REPLACE THE PART AT NO CHARGE TO US. NOW THE NEW STORY IS THAT WE ARE TO GO TO THE JUNK YARD FIND THE PART AND THEY WILL PUT IT IN THE CAR. THEY DID CALL US AND SAY THAT THE CAR IS UNDRIVEABLE AND IF THE STEERING COLUMN LOCKS IT IS DEADLY. THIS CAR IS USED BY MY SON WHO IS A 20YR OLD. HE HAS ALREADY LOST HIS PART TIME JOB (LOCAL DELIVERYBOY FOR A DINER IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD) HAD TO FORFEIT COLLEGE FOR THIS SEMISTER CAUSE HIS COLLEGE IS IN NASSAU. I TRIED TO SPEAK TO THE PEOPLE AT BEN'S BUT THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE WE GOT INTO A SCREAMING MATCH - NOT WORTH IT -Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED - BY MY MECHANIC DEFINATELY NOT THEM AND LET OTHER CONSUMERS KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT A LOCKSMITH YOU WOULD WANT TO TRUST TAKING CARE OF THEIR NEEDS.

We were contacted by a roadside assistance to open up a vehicle at this location the membership covered the fee so there was no charge. Upon arrival the vehicle was already opened. Customer mentioned she had no keys to the trunk and ignition. we told her we don't make keys for this particular make and model vehicle and that we received a call to open up a vehicle so that was the type of technician that we had sent to her.

She was very upset that the roadside assistance company sent her a company that couldn't make keys- she then personally called 2/3 different locksmith companies complaining about the same situation. We never laid a hand on her car, there was nothing for us to do on site. Please have her supply any invoice that she might have from this job or any proof that we did work . It says in the letter that we collected money, this is false, we didn't receive any form of payment there was no need to, as we didn't do anything. This lady is not speaking the truth and even her email indicates that she is an actress. I'd also like to add that our tech stated in the job notes that this lady was under the influence and not 100% sober:
