Review: Placed an order for stereo headphones on October **, 2013. To date I have not received the order. Only received a response from customer service after emailing and calling five times. Merchandise has still not been shipped or received.Desired Settlement: I have demanded an immediate refund from the company without a response. I have my bank disputing the purchase at this time.

This order is currently in dispute with your credit card company.
Unfortunately, once a chargeback has been filed with your credit card company, a hold is placed on the payment by your credit card company and only they can remove this hold.
Review: Ben's Outlet put a hold on my VISA check card on July [redacted] for a product that I ordered, but the order didn't go through. I re-submitted the order 2 more times thinking the error message would fix itself. It still didn't go through although there was/is nothing wrong with my debit card as reported by my bank. To my surprise, all three orders were subtracted from my debit card. I e-mailed Ben's Outlet asking them to fix it. A representative wrote back that it would remain on hold for 24 to 48 business hours, at which point it will be removed. Here is the e-mail: JUL **, 2013 | 12:46PM EDT [redacted] replied: Thank you for contacting Ben's Outlet, I apologize for the inconvenience and your order did not go through. A hold generally occurs when you try to place an order and it does not come through on our end. This hold generally remains for 24-48 business hours, at which point it will be removed. Please feel free to contact your bank for further information regarding this hold. Sincerely, [redacted] The hold remained through July [redacted], and instead of being removed, is now no longer a hold but a permanent charge. This charge is $39.99 three times from July* through July [redacted]. This totals $119.97 that has been charged to my checking account. I did go to my bank on Friday July [redacted] as instructed on July [redacted], but since it was still on hold then, my bank could do nothing about it. Ben's Outlet has caused me and my family a financial hardship. ~[redacted]Desired Settlement: Complete refund to my debit card. I will no longer do business with this company.
