WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER ON FRIDAY 5/13/16 TO DISCUSS THIS COMPLAINT. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWELDGE THAT THE REPAIRS MADE TO HIS VEHICLE AT A SECOND PROVIDER WERE NOT THE SAME REPAIRS WE COMPLETED TO THE VEHICLE. THEY WERE ECENTUALLY ON THE SAME SYSTEM(DRIVERS DOOR LOCK MECHANISM) BUT DIFFERENT...
COMPOINTENTS. I AGREED WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT A MORE SPECIFIC EXPANATION OF OUR REPAIRS COULD OF PREVENTED CONFUSION REGARDING THE REPAIRS THAT WE PREFORMED ON HIS VEHICLE. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER I WAS OPEN TO MAKING A CONCESSION ONLY ON THE BASIS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE MADE IT CLEARER AS TO THE REPAIRS WE COMPLETED ON THE VEHICLE. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A PROCEEDURE AND COULD NOT RECALL SPECIFICALLY RECALL THE COST OF THE SUBSEQUANT REPAIR MADE TO THE VEHICLE BUT SAID HE WOULD LOOK AT HIS INVOICE AND CALL ME BACK. I AM SURE THAT ONCE HE IS ABLE TO DO THAT WE CAN COME TO AN ACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION.
