I had a I lasik touch up last week and was very upset to learn that they charge for post opt care. Its not covered. So at your 1 week, 1 month and 4 month follow which is required they will charge you 80$ each time. They make you see their optometrist, even though you don't need a full eye exam. Its a cash grab, no one should have to pay for post opt care. While the procedure is optional, post opt care is not. I would not recommend this company. They all all about making money and not making the customer happy.
Souzanna it is unfortunate that you are displeased with our policy. Surely you can appreciate that your post operative visits are extremely important, as there is much to be noted and observed about your progress and healing, this all being done by an Optometrist associated with Bense Vision or one in your area.
Post operative care is neither ongoing nor covered indefinitely. After your primary procedure of 5 years ago your required visits were covered. Needing a retreatment five years later we did cover that treatment cost for you but not the visits with the Optometrist.
Souzanna you may recall this being discussed the day of your treatment and have the literature that reflects this. If you wish to further discuss please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
