Benson Home Improvement did a major home reno for us a few years ago , siding sofits trough new roof insulation. Since that they have had to come back and repair siding issues. Six months ago we had two pieces of siding come off on the second floor dormer in a place I can not get to. I have been calling Benson and he started by saying when he had time he would be out to fix the siding. It is a some repair but does need to be done. Now he does not answer my calls and does not return voice mails. I'm starting to worry about water damage and need to have this fixed before winter comes in.
Repair Fix siding
I read the complaint and he states that it is a warranty issue. We did the work 4.5 years ago. We provide a 1 yr installation warranty against installation defects. Anything that will go wrong from a installation issue will happen within the year. I cannot do lifetime warranties
