I called to get a quote for my business insurance and was told they would have a quote back to me by the days enddays later when I called in and spoke with [redacted] no one knew who took my information and what was happening with my quote at first after about min of being placed on holdI told [redacted] no thank you I will source another introducing brokerI sent a email stating that I didn't like the fact of how everything was handled and was unhappy with the serviceI received a call from [redacted] about min later and she explained how things got mixed up and I told her thanks and it wasn't anything personal I just didn't have time to chase an insurance company to get a policy but thanked her for the callMin later [redacted] called me to say " I wanted to call since you seem to be an angry guy ? I wanted let you know I quoted your policy within minutes but since you let your policy lapsed I was waiting to hear back from The Hartford but since you don't know how to pay your bills ?

I received a call from [redacted] about 10 min later and she explained how things got mixed up and I told her thanks and it wasn't anything personal I just didn't have time to chase an insurance company to get a policy but thanked her for the call. 20 Min later [redacted] called me to say " I wanted to call since you seem to be an angry guy ?
