Because I' miss disabled I asked how would pay off the deductible. I was told he would do the incomplete scope of work if I allowed the advertisement. I then referred him to my sister who had a $14,000 insurance check for repair. He stated I would get a $100 referral fee. When the check arrived I called Mike. He was in my driveway within an HOUR. I gave him a cashier's check for $9,000. Work was NOT started fir two weeks, only after I went on FB page and complained. A week later material was delivered in my yard. Another week week by. After a week roof was finally completed. And I waited. Three weeks went by and the mold mildew room is still not started. When contacted I was told there was an additional )1779 cost and until I pay that no other work would be done. Mr. B. started he would work with me to pay the balance. I have contracted a blood infection living in this house. If I had breached the agreement he would be suing me. He was paid over half of the total job.
