They were unable to pay the full amount up front so a payment plan was put in place. The agreed upon plan was that $450...

would be paid prior to move in and 3 payments of $150 paid over the next three months following their move in. The last $150 payment was never received resulting in a $750 security deposit.After the initial move out walk through with the tenant, the staff did their standard walk through to take pictures of the unit and found a hole at the bottom of the closet door. The closet door had to be replaced resulting in an additional charge to the tenant.We have attached the Security Deposit Addendum/Payment Plan, the tenant’s ledger, the pictures taken of the inside of the unit, and the estimate for the carpet cleaning.We stand by our original charges.Thank-you,Katrina G[redacted]Olympic Management Company
