Between the hours of 12:45am and 1:30am on 07/18/the company came and repossessed my truck and Westlake released the vehicle that same day However, there was damages done to my truckI have cameras all the way around my house that records and takes picturesI have enclosed some of the pictures of the company employees damaging my truckFirst of all they had the truck loaded on the tow truck and then one of the employees is seen looking in the vehicle with a flashlight (not a big issue), then the same employee going to the tow truck and grabbing a BIG LONG metal thing and prying the door open with it and sticking it through the window (the window was rolled down a crack)That is where the complaint comes inAfter picking up the truck the interior panel of the driver door is destroyed, the window wont roll down properly, the doors wont lock, I cannot use the door to control anything it has no powerIt WAS NOT like that before the employees tampered with itAlso, my husbands

My experience with this company started when I called to inform the company that their vehicle was illegally parked on the road making it impossible for snowplows to get around his truck to properly remove snow The owner responded back with profanities and inappropriate sexual references about the LGBT community and indicated that I liked it in the *** I explained him he was in violation of Salt Lake County ordinance Title Section that states if their is snow or ice present on the road you can not park on the street
