I am Sorry we charged you $to try and re-Level the dishwasher after it was installed by your people. I will get that refunded to you right away. I am Sorry we were not able to correct the problem on the dishwasher the first time. The issues with the door not closing had us
perplexed, but after talking to Jeff the service manHe thinks he will be able to have your dishwasher repaired when he comes out on wednesday the 13th, as scheduled. I am Sorry we are not able to change out the entire dishwasher for a new unit, but Benson's is confident that your dishwasher will last for many years. Thank youScott Benson

Benson's performed a service call for the ***'s on their GE side by side refrigerator. *** one of our service technicians went out and performed several diagnostic checks on the refrigerator and determined that the main control board was bad. They indicated to *** that someone else
had told them the same thing. They did not want to repair, do to the expense of the board being expensive*** collected the "Trip Charge/Diagnosis Fee" and left. We offered to come back out at no additional fee, when they called back and said they had bought the part and it did not repair the unit. It is possible that there was more wrong with the refrigerator, but that could not be determined until the initial control board was replaced. We warranty our work and parts if we install the required parts, but we can not determine what else may be wrong with their unit, unless we can inspect the unit. They did not want this, and said they were going to contact the Revdex.com. I am sorry they are still having issues with the refrigerator, but we can not help them if they will not let us look at the unit. We are willing to come back out and look at the refrigerator if they would like.*** ***
