Hello, I was wondering how I can close this complaint, it seems that now the company responded to my warranty issue and has decided to send out a new replacement so how can I close this as resolved, please help thanks

We contacted Mr*** on Feb16th to notify him that the replacement was shipped via FedEx that day, Tracking ***. It delivered on Feb22nd

We notified Mr. [redacted] that we have discontinued the Wii U Mini Pro Elite Wireless Controller and no longer have inventory.    Since his controller is past the warrantee period, we ask him to ship his non-working controller back to PowerA.  Once we receive it, we...

would replace it with a free Wii U Sidekick liquidmetal Wireless Controller. Mr. [redacted] acknowledge the email and has shipped the controller out via UPS.

We contacted Mr. [redacted] on Monday and have sent him the piece that he requested via FedEx. It is scheduled to be delivered on 12/14.  We apologize for the delay in responding to him.

We were able to reach Mr. [redacted] via phone today and have talked through his concerns.  We will be sending him an upgraded replacement controller and care package on Wednesday.  He will also be returning the faulty controller to us at our expense.

We contacted Ms. [redacted] on Monday, Dec 19th to determine the full scope of the issue. On Wednesday, Dec 21st, we sent her a new charging station with extra batteries.   We apologize for the inconvenience we caused her.
