inIt's the buyer's choice & responsibilityWithout doing so, the puppies won't be registered with the AKCShe didn't pay for puppy to have flea treatment while it was boardedThen she said the puppy was greatThen she said the puppy was aggressiveThen she said the puppy had a broken shoulderThen she said she was going to stop the payment to the vet because it was misdiagnosedShe took it to another vetI gave her all the information, health testing, genetic testing at the airportThen she said she didn't have thatThen she indicated that she did have it. I can't meet her deadline because I can't make the Border Collie Association produce that informationI've bent over backwards for her more than anybody else probably, I boarded the dog for an extra month and took it all the way to the airport and waited with her for hours until she boarded with it as a "service animal."
