Upon receipt of this letter we immediatley called [redacted]. she had paid us $100.00 lifetime fee, which included a promise of daily emails, castings, auditions, and bookings. The 100 dollars was the only money ever asked for or received. We offered her a refund of her !00 dollars which she...

refused. She claims her email stopped several months ago. She never notified us of this by phone, email, text, or written letter. There was no way we could have known she wasn't receiving our emails. Upon researching the situation we came up with the final conclusion. The server we use is Constant Contact, which we pay for so that all of our clients can receive emails with notifications. Upon checking her email address in our system we realized that she unsubscribed to this service. She must have clicked on the unsubscribe button herself. She has now given us a new email address and is now receiving her emails as promised. We have asked her if she is now satisfied or wants a refund of her 100 dollars which she has now refused.
