Regarding complaint on 9-21-ID# ***, The customer called us about thisissue on 9-- 16.THe Factory always does system checks on homes to make sure the system didn't leakThey do this when they do the final walk through with customers.When she called us on Sept 21, it was better for
her to get someone out ASAPToldcustomer to call plumber(because we were so busy)We had an opening come up the next day.We were going to send someone out on Sept22,(we Called her to come out) but thecustomer had fixed by others.Thank you,Pat h***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This,is a untrue statement..Angie with Bentlevel level told me statues of limitations had run out and they were not going to fix the error in their work...I have the email sent from Bentlevel as proof...They did not try to fix or help untill I filed with Revdex.com....when they did try to send someone out I had already had the neglect error fixed by a plumber like they told me to...If u would like the e mail I will forward that also..they made a untrue statement to Revdex.comSincerely,[redacted]
