We are very dissatisfied with this company's ability to finish our jobWe signed the contract with him to build two pillars and a brick mailbox structure on June 29, The contract stated the work would begin 2-following contract signing and depositThen the contract stated work would be completed in a weekIt is now September 17, and the job is not finishedThe workers have been here for a total of three daysThe front entrance to the home has not been cleaned up, and now we are being told it will be another 5-days until the workers will return to finish the jobThis business is not fulfilling its obligation as a reputable companyWe just want the job to be finished as promised
I called Bent Palm for a pool project. When the owner Tommy came to discuss the project he acted uninterested. Unlike other pool companies, he didn't take any measurements and was unfamiliar with he regulations in my county. I expected he'd do his homework and be in touch with a plan, but he has no follow through. Then we inquired and my husband gave him some specs so we could get a price quote. He presented us with a sloppy contract obviously for someone else. He quoted the wrong pool size/shape and wasn't even close on the pavers. My husband asked him via email if he could clean up the proposal and provide us with a plan for the project ie. landscape drawing or CAD and he said he'd only give us that once we signed the contract and paid him. When my husband let him know we wouldn't be using him and that we went with another company his response was "BFD". What a professional guy! NOT! Pool companies are a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time on this company.
We are very dissatisfied with this company's ability to finish our job. We signed the contract with him to build two pillars and a brick mailbox structure on June 29, 2015. The contract stated the work would begin 2-4 following contract signing and deposit. Then the contract stated work would be completed in a week. It is now September 17, 2015 and the job is not finished. The workers have been here for a total of three days. The front entrance to the home has not been cleaned up, and now we are being told it will be another 5-6 days until the workers will return to finish the job.
This business is not fulfilling its obligation as a reputable company. We just want the job to be finished as promised.
