I am rejecting this response because: You mentioned with teeth cleaning there was possibility of loss of live and we never spoke of this. I was given an estimate of a top range for pricing. We received 2 phone calls, 1 indicated additional work needed but no...

mention of $2000 fee. We were told Dr. Farris would be assisting, not operating on the dog and nothing about an additional cost. The estimate on the second dog was $615.20 on the high end estimate. The xrays are from your office, which I paid for. I signed a signature pad for estimates, this is the first time I saw a cost estimate for charges.  I was not given the opportunity to see the estimate.
