Hedges and oak tree trimming on 3/20/I wasn't home and trusted they're "expert" knowledge of what needed to be doneThey missed several hedges completely and the ones done weren't trimmed away from the houseThey had to come back more timesThe one hedge was done crooked and the other one was lowered where I lost my privacyThe main reason why I grew the hedges tall I know I would have done a better jobDidn't want them to come back a 4th time so I paid my billNever mentioned there was a fee for using credit card of $(ouch)Total cost 1500+No discount for mess upI personally would not recommend
We had the pleasure of having Bill Chalker's Tree Experts come out and prune our treesOur trees were covered with ball moss, had a tremendous amount of deadwood and large limbs touching our roofThe crew was very courteous, and very professionalThey roped large limbs away from our house ,pruned all deadwood and ball moss out of our trees and did everything that was initially quoted and agreed uponI highly recommend this company for any type of tree work
Horrible experienceThey were close friends of mine so I asked them to do tree service for us on an overgrown propertyThey did the work but had a tree fall on our roof on the decking, hit and bent parts of our gutters, and crushed parts of out rock wall getting a bob cat over to the propertyOne son denied they did it and the other son apologized because he said his crew did do itThey promise up and down to get your business but do not follow through once they leave your propertyThey promised complete removal and yet we have trees growing back and they will not fix the problemThe saddest part is I called the owner and she blamed Hurricane Harvey for them not being able to come out and correct the problem$10,wastedI told my buddy about the experience and he said that the same person promised him up and down and at the end got shafted as we didHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
