I am rejecting this response because: The insurance adjuster came out November 1. I was told previously by the insurance agent *** *** that once the adjuster came it would be a couple of weeks before I would receive a check. It is now one month and I have heard nothing despite repeated calls to *** *** he refuses to return calls. I have never even received a letterI was finally able to get *** ***, the first contact regarding this matter on the line. He responded by saying "I know nothing. I'm just the company rep. It does no good complaining to me." He was able to look up the claim and said, "It says the review is completed. It doesn't say anything about a check." I have given up trying to get a response from *** *** after at least half a dozen phone calls over three weeks. At the time the insurance adjuster was here, *** ***, of *** *** *** *** was here, who did the repair work to the damage done by Bentley Plumbing. In addition to the $plumbing and water sanitization bill, we submitted also a $boiler repair damage bill as the dirt allowed into the system by Bentley Plumbing clogged up two zone valves and a filter needing replacement, which being done the day after repairs were made to the rest of the plumbing, it was determined it was due to the dirt gotten into the lines by Bentley plumbing causing my heating system to fail. In addition we saw at that time that the frost free spigot replaced by Bentley Plumbing was not stabilized with rocks and drainage gravel, causing it to be loose in the ground. This will cause the pipes at the bottom to break eventually as the handle is raised and lowered. I had a tpost there to tie it to once the rocks were put in and pointed out to Bentley Plumbing employee to tie it once finished. He didn't even do that. Tieing it now won't help, there are no rocks in there to stabilize it below. The tpost was just an added measure. The rocks at the bottom do the stabilization and gravel the drainage. I have to get someone to dig this up and stabilize it with rock and drainage gravel. I suspect about $bill to do that with materials and have not gotten a bid for that yet or repaired it because I am already out $can't pay my other monthly ongoing bills or pay to get that stabilized until I received a check to cover that also. Total with the additional repair work to be $already paid by me plus $equals $due actual material and labor damages not counting health hazard, loss of income (renters), and home business impact. It is now two months since the damage was done by Bentley Plumbing
