Review: In 2013 & January 2014 I paid in full for two clergy robes to be made. One robe was not made on time as promised and I had to go to another clergy robe company to have it in time for the wedding and conference event. I spoke with [redacted] via telephone and email in regards to refunding the $545 owed. Each time which I have emails and voicemails promising such and to date I have not received my refund.I do understand that the owner has been sick but even her son who was filling in while she was out left a voicemail message promising that the check would be mailed out. I don't believe the problem is whether or not I am due the refund as indicated by the owner and her son. The problem is that it has been at least three months and to date no refund check.I would like a certified bank check or money order to guarantee the funds. I am hesitant on receiving a company check as it has taken to long for them to refund me the amount owed.Desired Settlement: A certified bank check or money order for the $545 that I am owed.
