I purchased a 2011 Range Rover on April 28, 2013 and was Physically assaulted by the Salesman. The Salesman grabbed me (quite) intimately and pulled me to him and held me. My fiancé had to ask the Salesman twice to take his hands off of me. I was so shocked by the Salesman's actions that when he grabbed me I had a physiological response...my back stiffened, I had an instant headache!! I was so appalled that I couldn't drive my new vehicle off of the car lot!! I subsequently filed a police report with the Phoenix Police Department. Buyers Beware....Ladies please avoid this business. Men, please do not allow your Daughters, Mother, Sister or Wife to purchase a vehicle from this business.
Probably the worst car buying experience ever! I recently purchase a pre owned Porsche from Bentley Scottsdale over the phone / internet. I was provided great service via [redacted] (salesperson) during the sales process but that is where it ended. Once I received the car via enclosed transport, I noticed several things the dealer did not disclose or just plain left out. The most major being the active suspension failure light glaring me in the face upon my 1st ride in the car. I called the dealer and explained the problem and the fact they didn't include the 2nd key, wind block, and one of the rear lug and post were missing. I was immediately put on the defensive by the "manager" [redacted]. He swore up and down he watched them put the 2nd key in the glove box and the car left without the suspension light failure illuminated. I took the car to my local Porsche dealer where they inspected the problem and determined the shocks were disconnected and left in disarray. So either the truck driver was able to drive down the highway, disconnect suspension, knock of the steering sensor, and remove the key from the glove box or these guys lied. I provided proof to [redacted], yet another "manager" I was shuffled too. After countless emails and hostile phone conversations, I finally got [redacted] to pay for the 2nd key and wind stop. Both of which I had to go and get myself from local Porsche dealer. I am out over $600 for the repairs to the suspension which Scottsdale Bentley has refused to reimburse. If you like lots of headaches and dishonest people then this is great! I highly caution anyone from purchasing a vehicle from Bentley Scottsdale.
