I am submitting a negative review for Bentley SolarI called *** on May 19,in the afternoon reporting a leak in my hot water heater pipeHe said he couldn't make it out that day and would be here WednesdayOn Wednesday he came out and told me the panel on front of the water heater was not working and I had two options replace the panel or bypass solarI opted to bypass solar since it was cheaper he said he would return Thursday between 8am and 9am he never showedI made numerous attempts to contact him he never returned my callsMy son contacted him and he said he was doing installs in *** would call to schedule for Friday no callI have been without hot water for days with a young child in the houseI feel my problem was not monetarial high enough for it to be a priorityA simple return call would have been appreciatedI have been a customer for years and always was treated well but I will not use Bentley again I feel if it's not high cost you are put to the bottom and ignored
I am submitting a negative review for Bentley Solar. I called [redacted] on May 19,2015 in the afternoon reporting a leak in my hot water heater pipe. He said he couldn't make it out that day and would be here Wednesday. On Wednesday he came out and told me the panel on front of the water heater was not working and I had two options replace the panel or bypass solar. I opted to bypass solar since it was cheaper he said he would return Thursday between 8am and 9am he never showed. I made numerous attempts to contact him he never returned my calls. My son contacted him and he said he was doing 2 installs in [redacted] would call to schedule for Friday no call. I have been without hot water for 3 days with a young child in the house. I feel my problem was not monetarial high enough for it to be a priority. A simple return call would have been appreciated. I have been a customer for 15 years and always was treated well but I will not use Bentley again I feel if it's not high cost you are put to the bottom and ignored
