We have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve our complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
After
reading Mr** *** of A Best response to our last correspondence
about our complaints we are still not satisfied with his suggestions
First, we are not satisfied that it took him 10-business days to
write his short responseWe only get five business days to reply to
A Best’s response, so why did he get double the amount of business
days to respond to ours? Second, we are amazed it has taken Mr. ** *** and A Best until now to get them to this point of considering
to look at our serious problems we are having with some of the work A
Best did on our house; especially after spending over a year of
repeated attempts (phone calls, email, registered letters, Revdex.com
complaints) to get them to do so before now
As
we have stated in all our previous complaints and responses through
the Revdex.com our positive relationship with A Best has been ruined
Before we went on the Revdex.com A Best has basically ignored us and the
serious problems we are having with some of the work they did on our
houseAfter this experience with A Best through the Revdex.com and their
attempt to insult us, discredit us and our legitimate complaints,
blaming our problems on the weather or other situations without
actually looking at our problems, their unwillingness to make things
right, making us go through all these steps and A Best taking this
long to get them to consider looking at and discussing our problems
makes us have no trust in them anymore

** *** of A Best mentions in his last response to the Revdex.com that “it
is my company's best interest to meet personally with us and address
our problems or submit to arbitration to resolve our concerns.”
This sounds great to us, but we wonder if he is saying this because
he and A Best want to actually make things right and fix our
problems or is he saying this because he wants our complaints to go
away on the Revdex.com web siteAgain, A Best has ruined our positive
relationship with them so much that we cannot trust them to mean what
they say and make goodAlso, Mr** *** mentions addressing our
problemsAgain, this sounds good to us, but we want clarification
on what he means by “address our problems.” We are not sure if
Mr** *** means that A Best is going to tell us this time in
person what they have already said before with no resolutions or does
he mean A Best will actually admit there are serious problems at our
house and they are going to permanently fix them
We
strongly feel that things should have never gotten to this pointA
Best and Mr** *** should have personally talked to us over a year
ago when they first knew of the serious problems we are having with
some of the work they did on our houseWe tried so many other
things before taking our problems to the Revdex.com to get A Best to
acknowledge the serious problems we are having with some of the work
they did on our house and fix them
If
Mr** *** is truly serious about doing what is right and making
things right when it comes to the problems we are having with some of
the work A Best did on our house, then he needs to contact usUp to
this point we have put all the effort into getting our problems
resolved with A Best, they need to put the effort in nowIf and
when Mr** *** of A Best contacts us, we will be willing to try
working with them again if they guarantee that they will fix all our
serious problems correctly, permanently, and make everything
structurally soundAlso, we will only talk to Mr** *** if he
respectfully starts the conversation with us stating that A Best will
make things right and that he and A Best treats us with the utmost
respect when they are doing the repair work to fix our house. Sincerely, *** & *** ***

Our installed failed to mention that he tried to fix the defective board but it is beyond repairIt is defeniently a manufactured defect not an installation issueThe board has been ordered and we will install it at no charge when it arrives and is convienient for the homeownerTo our
understanding the board should be in inventory shortly and we will call the ***'s to make arrangements
