[redacted] is requesting a Rekiuse clutch (at a steep discount) for his (TM motorcycle. His assertion isthat when we sold the 2015 KTM Demo unit to him, four separate individuals at our dealership told him thatthis motorcycle came equipped with a Rekiuse clutch. After speaking with my Sales...

Manager, GM, andtechnician, it is clear to me that this is simply not the case. This particular unit was sold to Mr [redacted] at asubstantial discount because it was a demo unit. He was fully aware of that fact as stated in the complaint.A Rekluse clutch is a fully automatic clutch that converts a manual transmission to an automatictransmission. Mr [redacted] would have been immediately aware, upon riding the motorcycle, that the bike didnot have a Rekiuse clutch; however, Mr. [redacted] waited a full eight months to bring this to our attention. Thatsimply does not add up. If he truly believed, at the time of purchase, that the KTM had a Rekiuse clutch, whywould he wait eight months to report this to us? The fact is, he would not. Also, if he believed he was notgiven the proper clutch, he would be asking for a full replacement, not simply a discount That alone speaksvolumes heard This clearly tells me that he is fully aware this 1CM Demo unit did not come with a Rekluseclutch. We have been in business for thirty years. We do not have to lie to, or trick people to buy our products. We strive at all times to act ethically and with the utmost of integrity. We would not have been able to builda business of this size and success if we misrepresented ourselves or our products. I fully stand behind mysales team and my tech staff, My GM has been with us for over ten years, my sales manager for five. Neitherone of them have anything to gain by lying and tricking our customers. We rely on repeat business andreferrals, which we have plenty of.With all that being said, we are not going to supply Mr [redacted] with a Rekluse clutch, If they would like topurchase the clutch, we will be happy to offer a reasonable discount.Sincerely,Evelyn B[redacted]

Review: My husband bought a KTM Demo model from B[redacted]’s. When the bike was sold to us, four workers, the Salesman, a Manager, and two technicians, all told us that the bike had a Rekluse clutch in it. They told us it was such a good bike and we could not beat a Rekluse clutch. When we went over the bike with the technician, he told my husband it might take some time to get used to the Rekluse clutch on the bike. My husband bought the bike as a bike just to ride around on for fun. After a few months, about 10-15 hours on the bike, he was having issues, so he decided to take the clutch out. Only to find out that it was not a Rekluse clutch, but a stock clutch. He contacted B[redacted]’s in Murrysville to let them know, and the customer service was horrific. They basically called him a liar, saying that they (the salesman and manager) never said that it had a Rekluse clutch when selling the bike to him. When my husband told them that he wasn’t trying to get anything free, he just wanted them to be aware of the issue, the manager told him he would give him a discount on an OEM Clutch plates, which the discounted price was at least $100 more than what we could get it for online. My husband said no, he would take the Rekluse that he thought was in his bike at a discounted price they told him no way. My husband said that this is why they have poor customer reviews on Yelp and the manager hung up on him!Desired Settlement: We would like the part that we were told was on the bike at a discounted price.

Review: On Wednesday, January 9th 2015, I contacted Bentleys about a left over, new, 2014, Yamaha Raider they had for sale on [redacted] for $10,450. I spoke with salesman [redacted], he advised me, after tax, title and plates, I would be at $11,414 out the door. He asked me to fill out a credit app online. I advised him that I would when I had a moment. I then filled out the credit application Thursday morning. [redacted] and I spoke at 10am Thursday morning. [redacted] began to then push a 2013 left over Suzuki Boulevard M109. I advised [redacted] I did not really know anything about those bikes...he proceeded to tell me that it would be a better deal for me because he got me a .5% interest rate on that bike but the Raider he has me at 6.99% for 60 months. I then told him, it would not hurt to look but I still wanted to have the Raider on the table. I then advised [redacted] I would be out Friday after work. Thursday night, [redacted] began to text me on my cell phone to tell me how much better the Boulevard was....he was very persistent on selling that bike. Friday morning I left [redacted] a message and told him to just have the paperwork done on the Raider prior to my arrival because that is the bike I wanted. When I arrived, another salesman, [redacted], I believe his name was, approached me. I told him who I was and he stated, "Oh yeah, you're here for the 109", I then advised him I was not, I was there for the Raider. He then went to get [redacted]. maybe about 5 minutes later, [redacted] comes out of his office. "Here the 109, he states". I said "no, I told you I was here for the Raider for $11,414" He then said..."Oh, well that doesn't include freight" I told him our discussion was out the door at $11,414. [redacted] then did not know if he had one.....I said you told me it was here, that's why I'm here. He then had to go look in the back to see what he had. [redacted] then came out after 10 minutes and said, yeah, all we have is a purple left over 14. Now, I knew Raider did not make a purple colored bike in 14. I then told [redacted], "ok, well let me look at that one". [redacted] then said, oh it's in a crate not built but I'll show you a picture. [redacted] then proceeded to an office. He came out about 15 minutes later and said..."I talked to my owner, we don't want you to spend more money because it's the end of the month, lets wait until Monday and get you a better rate". [redacted] became very defensive and continued to say, "you think you caught me in a lie". I then left and went home. When I got home I looked at [redacted] website....I then found the same ad on there only the price changed to $12,099. Monday came and [redacted] did not find me a better deal. He then said he could get me the bike I wanted at 8.99% for 84 months.Desired Settlement: A cease of the Bait and Switch ads, and I want them to sale me the bike for the advertised price they had of $10,450
