I used this cleaning service back in April and was very pleasedThat time I paid full priceThis time I purchased a deal from Living Social for (hr.) cleanings for $The voucher said to email the company (with the voucher #) and schedule any apptThe first available apptwas about weeks away, which I understood I scheduled different appts., and 1/months outEach apptcorresponding with company we were hostingI'm writing this review after waiting ALL day for them to show up AGAIN.....and guess what? They can't come AGAIN! I had an apptlast Friday (that had been made month in advance), and after receiving numerous texts that morning saying they were running late due to weather (rain?!?), I finally received a text saying they would be here within the hourI drove home (scheduled my whole day around this)Waited awhile, and then received a call from Ruth saying she didn't think they would make it today because she was short staffed and didn't want to burn herself outI was very polite and accommodating and rescheduled for today (Wednesday), even though it was a huge inconvenience for me since I was having company over the weekend & that's the whole point of hiring a cleaning service! Then today comesI receive the text this morning stating their arrival time would be between 1-pmNothing all day long until 5:I receive a voice mail at 5:stating that they won't be be able to make it again todayNever an apologyRuth states that they are cleaning a large house that they have to finish & she's exhausted and the girls are toShe wants to know if I want my money back (I purchased deal through Living Social) or do I want to reschedule? ARE U KIDDING ME! I believe the owner is using these websites for free advertising, and has NO intention of ever fulfilling these obligations

I want to file complaint on 2women cleaning service. I was working for this company not to long when a contract came in for cleaning a college campuses. when at this job site we were only there to do general cleaning but do to painters being behind it was slowing process down so the main boss Ruth went to talk to the main office of the apartment because I have experience with painting to see if I could paint and that would keep also work for the 2women cleaning service. Ruth first stated that I would get a separate pay check from the apartment manager for painting but then she changed it around and said it would go to her because she used her license for me to work because I was not nor I'm I license to work as a painter. Will when the check came in I ask where was the separate check for painting she said I would have to wait till it got clear so to wait till next payday I did and when I called she said it would take a month now it's been going on 2 months and she has not even try to contact me on what is going on. I called her and she was to busy and would call me back till this day she has not called nor text. I have a copy of the hours I worked and how many apartment I painted. The other issue I had was she wasn't even paying me for all my hours I had worked she got upset when I told her first she blamed the account company but when I talked to them she had summit wrong information. As I worked for her she was not safe to work for and she was not putting all the correct paper work as it supposed to be filed.

If, after your inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next day. Refunds are not offered. We will
correct any mistakes. Our Policies and Guarantees are written on our work order invoices. 2 women cleaning services will reimburse the amount that client is requesting for, even though our policy states no refund. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
