Complaint: ***Revdex.com:Unfortunately, the McDonalds location has still not resolved the issue In fact, it is worse I placed an order today via the mobile app When I arrived at the location, I was told that the mobile ordering system was not working At first, the manager told me that my two choices were to accept a credit for a later order or to receive an extra item for this order The manager began becoming irate and finally agreed to give me the $off from my order (the full charge had already been applied to my credit card) The manager, who would not give me his name, told me to "never come back while he was on duty."To add insult to injury, when I arrived home, I found that they shorted me several items from my order.This is unacceptable.*** ***
