This homeowner is not a customer of ours, but a neighbor that lives next to property we are currently developing. We understand that development of adjacent property can be unsettling and inconvenient at times and we make every effort to be good neighbors. We have been in constant
communication with all neighbors throughout this process, and will continue to do soDuring development of the adjacent property, an extreme rain event washed silt onto this property, which to our knowledge was not owned nor occupied by Mr*** at the time. We immediately responded by cleaning up the silt and restored the grades that previously existed before. We replaced the existing vegetation with all new sod. DNR land disturbance permits require us to remediate silt should it occur after a rain event, which was done. The grades and swale necessary to achieve proper drainage have been inspected and approved by the County. We had previously offered to remove our fence, but he did not want that to happen, so we placed our fence back as it previously existed. We replaced the driveway on our property exactly as it was before. When the driveway was installed, we disturbed a strip of grass approximately ftwide along the side of the new driveway, which was repaired with fescue sod. We will replace the fescue sod in this area with zoysia, when zoysia is available, as has been previously communicated. We remain willing to survey the property line and move any portion of our fence or driveway if the survey shows it is on his property

Benton Homes build my Villa for me and we closed the purchase in January They were to have completed
all of the installation of my yard by the closely date on our VillaThey claimed the yard could not be completed
