Asked for a tow from mechanic shop. Once the driver got through releasing my car from his truck his takes my keys out of the ignition to hand them to me but it was broken and he just gave it to me and still insisted it wasn't his fault or problem and they I still needed to pay for the tow. Even though he handed me back a broken key to my knowledge was great working condition until put into his hands. The owner of the company insisted it wasn't his driver that it was my issue to deal with

Refund Full reimbursement for me having to go buy a new key. I didn't even receive sympathy from the service provider after he broke my key. Now I'm without a car that I can't even crank because my key was broken in your hands
