*** *** not only found fault with all services to her vehicle and made up untruths about us not replacing parts that were properly installed. She then had the audacity to stop payment on the work that our shop did for her. She is a fraud, a thief, a liar and a hateful ugly
person to have dealings with. Since she has stolen these services from our service center by failing to pay, I am asking the Revdex.com to please remove this complaint from our spotless year record. We will proceed to file civil charges against Ms*** in order to place a mechanics lien against her Nissan Rogue. Sincerely, ***'s Service Center

Thank you for forwarding this complaint to usThe said vehicle is an year old vehicle with 294,miles which means that the oil plug would have been removed and reinstalled roughly times under recommended maintenance. We appreciate their loyal patronage, but this would fall
under regular wear and tear of parts like a wheel stud or brake padsThe responsibility to make the repair falls under vehicle owner. We have even offered to discount the repair but the customer has now decided to drag our good name through the mud of social media in an effort to try to get the repair done for free. We accept no responsibility and hope the ***'s find a new auto repair shop to satisfy their needs. We have years experience of treating our customers fairly and honestly. All work to [redacted] 2010 Nissan Rogue was fully diagnosed, completed and billed in the same workday.  Faulty heater/AC blower motor was replaced and spark plugs and connecting insulator boots were replaced to tune the vehicle with 113k miles.  While changing the blower motor in the dash we encountered a mice nest that was inside the faulty motor and cleaned out debris and insulation that had packed full the blower cage causing it to overheat and stop working. She paid a check for her purchases and left that evening.  After driving her car she stated that the backup camera was not working.  I told her to stop in at her convenience the next day and we would check it out (thinking something had gotten unplugged or disconnected).  Instead, when Ms. [redacted] returned the next day the camera and monitor was working fine.  No problems detected, nothing left unplugged or disconnected.  I personally showed her all was well and working with her car and she said you need to drive it down my bumpy roads to get it to not work.  I then explained this was an intermittent electrical short, a bad ground, faulty camera or monitor perhaps from the mice living in her dash and something that would take at least a half day to diagnose.  I asked her to bring her vehicle back on a day she could leave it with us or bring it on a day that the backup camera was not working.  She then exploded and cursed me because I told her it was something we could fix while she waited.  Left mad then stopped payment on her check the next working day. I have tried to call her with no response.  Unpaid for work completed.  With customer unwilling to bring back to even show me a backup camera not working.All claims and complaints made by Mr. [redacted] are unfounded and undocumented.  She will find no shop that says otherwise.  I would still diagnose her backup camera if she could leave it with us so we could find the intermittent problem but she has no intention of that.
