Bent's R.v. Rendezvous

The Boutte dealership is horrible with customer satisfaction after the sale. I've had a few issues with my trailer within a month of pulling it off of the lot and they claim everything is working fine when it's not. My refrigerator/freezer has acted up twice with 3 weeks and when they finally get to it, it's working fine. They say nothing is wrong with it. DVD player doesn't play in color, they say it's working properly. Receptacle out does not work and they say it does. They obviously do not check everything on the trailers before you sign the papers. Absolutely the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. Do not buy from these people!!!!!
