I was recently solicited on my cell phone by a woman working at this company She was trying to sell me her services I told her I was on the do not call list and not to call me and hung up She immediately called me back, insulted me with her profanity and I hung up Then her boss called me and also proceedinsult me as well This company harassed me and is extremely non professional in the way they run their business Stay away from this business, they are not professionals but amateurs who clearly are clueless about running a successful business

Hello, All subscription for ReboGateway are on reoccurring billing. This is stated when signing up, in the welcome email, as well as the terms and conditions. If the user did not want to renew we ask they notify us in a timely manner. The user did not indicate they didn't want did want to renew...

until 4 months later. They even logged into their account on the day of the renewal 2/24/2017 and never mentioned anything about it renewing.  At this time we stand by our decision a refund will not be issued and the [redacted] has until 2/24/2018 to use his account. Thank you.

A phone conversation was held with [redacted] on 4/16/2014 @ 2:23 pm pst. I let her know we were unaware she wanted a refund because the email for the cancellation just stated "Please Cancel Account Effectively Immediately for April 17 Billing Cycle"(email attached),...

therefore the billing department was unaware of the refund request. I let her know we will refund her 3/17/14 per her request made in the complaint to the Revdex.com and it will be processed within the next 72 business hours.

I was solicited by this company for a service that supposedly tracks life events (like death, divorce, bankruptcy, etc.), which certainly ARE reasons why people sell (or even buy) real estate. I asked him to show my neighborhood so I could more easily ascertain the veracity of the information they were providing.
They also supposedly track which of these homes are currently listed on MLS so that way you don't waste your time contacting someone who is already contracted with another agent. I asked how often they updated their information and Patrick said, "daily" so we looked at some of the "current" listings. NONE OF WHICH were current listings, the most recent having already sold in September 2015.
When I pointed out that the information that they were providing was completely outdated he said that he "didn't have time for fact-checking" so that concluded our phone call.
What sort of business doesn't have time for you to verify the accuracy of the information they are selling?

Review: I subscribed to their service on 01/10/14 and paid for an annual subscription of $299.99 with a credit card, quickly realized their product was not effective, inferior, and providing bad contact information. My initial conversation and emails had been with [redacted]. There was no written contract provided, no details discussed or provided about their cancellation policy, and it was very informal.I requested a cancellation on 02/04/14. On Feb. 6th I received an email from [redacted] and it stated the following:HelloThank you for contacting Benutech's Support Center. This email confirms the cancellation of your subscription to ReboGateway as of 02/04/2014. Please note that although your subscription will remain active until 01/10/2015, you will not incur any additional charges past the date of cancellation.We appreciate your patronage and hope that you'll consider our products again when looking for the best in online Real Estate products.Thank you,[redacted]VP of Customer Relations2525 Main St. #200Irvine CA 92614Phone 866-887-0206Fax 714-754-6592I've been emailing back and forth with these people and they are refusing to return any refund at all. This is completely unfair and again, was never explained from he beginning that they would not issue a refund if I chose to later cancel.I do not understand how this company remains in business if this is how they do business. Review: Received a solicitation phone call from company advertising to me that I would receive Pre-Foreclosure sale notification emailed to me daily. Anything to make my business easier I immediately signed up. Within a few days of signing up I realized very quickly that what I was told by phone was not what I would receive. I asked my rep by email, what happened to the N.O.T. (notice of defaults). He said I am sorry but we don't have them at this time. I became angry. You told me that I could search by N.O.T's. He said, Yes I am sorry I didn't know. After a couple of minutes after that call. I immediately, reached out to my sales rep again and said to him that I wanted to cancel. He called me back and said I will make sure they cancel you immediately. To my surprise, I still have an active account where now it has been recommended that I email back to customer service to cancel my account again. I did it again. What kind of company lies to it customers? I am not be as big as Zillow or Realtor.com but I still deserve the right to be treated fairly.Desired Settlement: Refund for the month of March.
