In response to Mr [redacted] 's complaint, the reason for the delay in processing his motor vehicle work is that he wanted the old platestransferred to the new vehicle but unfortunately we are not able to because they are registered under his father name and not Mr [redacted] .We have tried to communicate with Mr [redacted] 's regarding this matter and had left messages on 9/& 9/30, but as of today he has not responded

In response to Mr***'s complaint I would like to apologize for any miscommunication between our sales associate [redacted] and Mr***The price quoted did not have additional dealer fees but in order to finalize the contract we needed to disclose all other fees that were not included in the price of the vehicle like taxes, motor vehicles fees, as well any options that are available for the customer to purchase for example extended warranties and the theft protection systemAgain I extend our apologies that the break down of the contract was not explained to Mr***'s satisfaction in order for him to understand the difference

In response to Mr [redacted] 's complaint about the manner in which we advertise our vehicles I would like to advise that there is a disclosure at the bottom of the page which states that certain fees are not included in the advertised priceSuch fees consists and are not limited to state & federal taxes, tittle, registration, documentation, extended warranties, and other options that are available such as purchasing chrome wheels and anti-theft protection systemAlso we do offer the option of purchasing our vehicles in cash, therefore I would like to apologize if there was a miscommunication regarding the matter

Once again I would like to extend our apologies to Mr*** as there is still a miscommunication on the price of the vehicle which was agreed on by both, the customer and our sales associate ***The price never changed but there are fees beyond our control which we need to charge like taxes (this charge depends on the price of the car & the state the vehicle is going to be registered as each state has their individual tax rate), motor vehicle fees (also depends on the state the vehicle is being registered, each state's fees varies) and last documentation fee (this charge includes, clerical fee & document delivery fee)If Mr*** still has further questions and concerns regarding this matter we invite him to come back to our store so that we may try and explain to him once more the break down in person. Thank you,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Their statement does not reflect the truth. Their sale representative [redacted] precisely describe everything that was supposed to be in the contract, all fees one by one. When we went there to sign the contract and pick-up the car, they said some one has made a mistake listing the price of the car on the website lower that the price of the car. They asked for an additional ~$3000 on the top of what [redacted] quoted. They are not telling the truth at all. They list the car with a lower price to bring in the customer and they suddenly increase the price at the time of signing. This is a clear case of consumer fraud and it is done with perfect knowledge of this dealer.

They made the sales process easy because they sold me a car with concealedhazadous damage. The warranty they sold me was overpriced and refused repairs. They are completely useless once they have your money.

Drove an hour plus each way, test drove car and made offer. Salesman discussed offer with manager, and came back and said the listing was a typo and the car was listed at 11,400. Would not honor the add (posted several places) and no apologies from management. Total ss who give used car salemen their bad reputation. I will be writing this review anywhere I can find them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
