happen, so what I would like to happen is to just get the news out to the public, and have there business practices, or lack thereof, looked into.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from them in August of 2013. I was assured that it had never had an accident, I did a carfax report which stated the same. I take it to my mechanic, and he told and SHOWED me that the car had been completely restored b/c it had been in a sever accident. The car ran fine, so I was ok with this. 5 MONTHS LATER, I still have no registration or tags from them. I continue to contact the dealer that had sold me the car and all I get is, i'll check on it for you when I get back. Finally, after 2 months of the run around, I call the dealership itself and ask them where my tags are and they assure me that the dealer who sold me the car didn't even work there anymore. So why was I never EVER contacted about my tags/registration? In January 2014, (5 months later) I was told that I needed to get the car smogged in order to get my tags. I complied and did so. 3 weeks later, nothing, no tags, no phone calls no registration, so I call the dealership, and i'm again ASSURED that the tags have been sent out (this was the 2 week of February). I wait a week, nothing in the mail, so I call again, I was assured they had been sent out. I call February 22 and am again assured they had been sent out, weird b/c I haven't gotten anything. I call today, February 26 and speak to the same person I had been dealing with the whole time, [redacted], and she says, oh I have them here i'll send them today. Umm what? you told me 3 weeks ago you sent them, now all of the sudden you still have them? Not only did I have to go out of my way to pick them up, they had my complete wrong address, so now my registration is linked to an address that doesn't even exist. I have NEVER in my life dealt with a more shady company than Benz Boyz.Desired Settlement: They need to be reported to any and all federal/state regulatory departments.

Review: We purchased a Yukon sunday jan. 25th. That was advertised on their website as having heated seats & other luxury features. On the way home & the dealer was closed, we realized we couldn't find the heated seats. Monday morning we went out again to double check & had trouble getting into the vehicle because the locks weren't working properly. We contacted the dealer immediately & they told us to call back fri. After discovering more issues with the car we finally spoke to someone on Saturday stating we wanted to turn the vehicle back in due to false advertising & other issues with the car. They were not willing to take the car back so we will be suing them for all the features that were advertised, but are not on the vehicle, if they do not take back the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I want them to take back the vehicle. We were deceived into purchasing a stock vehicle with some upgrades but not all the luxury features listed on their website. I have photos of the website since they removed the vehicle once we contacted them of the issues.

Review: I put a 2,000 as a partial down payment on a sl500 mercedes . The total down was to be 5,000. I paid the first 2,000 by phone without seeing the car , on the day I went to purchase the car it did not drive well and had technical issue with the lighting so I did not feel comfortable buying the car . The company is not refusing to refund the deposit that I was told ws to go toward the downpayment only If I decided to purchase .Desired Settlement: I want the 2,000 back for the car that I did not purchase

Review: I was interested in a '03 SL500 Mercedes they had for sale on 1/3/2014 I had saw another while I was on vacation visiting my Mom. I got along with the sales person [redacted](not his real name problem 1) . We were negotiating but he had to keep going to his boss (name unknown). Then his boss got the phone line and bullied me - I hung up . I should have left at that but [redacted] called me back and apologized -I fell for it(problem 2). We struck a deal and I like to mention that there was NO mention of non-refundable deposit. I put a deposited down of $4500 on my credit card and talked about shipping the car to NY - I asked him to email something about the deal we struck. [redacted] stated OK - It took him at least 3 times to get it right . As I was waiting he was also processing my credit card- I then was looking at the pictures of the car and I noticed damage to the driver side front end - I questioned him about it.He stated "OH it's nothing- the detail guy can fix it" - I thought I'll have my friend look at the picture so I just stated to Ashston OK. My friend look at the picture the next day & stated it was in an accident , but it was not on the CARFAX. So now I'm upset the sales person lied, the CARFAX was not correct, and I had deposited $4500 in good faith. I called [redacted] Saturday, 1/4/2014 and wanted to cancel the deal - [redacted] stated fine and to contact [redacted] on Monday,1/6/2014 to get a refund on my credit card -Never even asking why I was cancelling. I contacted Discover Card -I discussed what was going on and they suggest I tried to work with the dealer and I left it to at that till Monday,1//6/2014. I contacted [redacted] & she stated no problem but she needed her manager's permission to issue refund (1/6/2014) . She later emailed me & stated the refund would be done that day & if there was any questions to call her. WELL THE REFUND WAS NEVER ISSUED -I called Discover and they stated to wait at least 15 days - So I waited no refund issued & now in dispute with Discov.Desired Settlement: The $4,500 put on my Discover Card refunded - All this was done within 3 days which I believe is the law to file a cancellation of the deal. If BenzBoyz does not cooperate with me and Discover Card a formal complaint will proceed to CA Attorney General within the next 15 days(2/20/2014).

Once they have run your credit after the fact... it becomes something else.to get you to pay thousands of dollars down on a vehicle... bogus truth for buying. They do not work with all types of credit. Especially not new credit as they said they do. Viny the Manager to me.to put $4000 down on a less than $10, 000 car as a first time buyer, and blamed it on the lending bank, [redacted], he submitted me to.Desired Settlement: Immediately Remove their Credit inquiry... Because I was false mislead into thinking they could help me obtain a vehicle from them, and they have lowered my credit score even further running my credit, knowing they do not actually work with New / Baby Credit.
