This is a program developed to help individuals that qualify assistance on propane, natural gas or electric costs, Upon ***'s requests we have sent quote letters to 14.E.A.P, with the current propane prices to receive payment for orders on her accountBenz Propane Co., Increceived a check from H.E.A.P on April 22, in the amount of $This payment was applied to her account as a credit until propane was orderedHer first order was on April 29, 2015, the tank was topped offHer second order was in October 2015, Mrs*** contacted the office to place the orderI asked the percent in tank to verify the credit remaining would be enough to cover the order, I was given the percent reading of 50% in tankWhen we arrived to the house to fill the order, the tank was at 42%Due to the different readings and the fluctuating gauge, the propane tank could hold slightly more propane then was quoted to Mrs***The tank was filled to 86% which is propane in the tank and available for *** to useTherefore this has left a balance due on the account for the propane that was delivered of $42,
